Dubin, is ready to help restore function to patients’ lives. Dr. Bernhardt is the Rex L. Diveley Professor and Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine and University Health Orthopaedics. He has been a Board Member of the Missouri State Orthopaedic Association since 2010. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Mid-America Orthopaedic Association (2001-2003).
